Each piece of our jewellery is handcrafted, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. We provide a 2-year warranty (under Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania) covering any crafting defects or imperfections in materials that may arise during the production or shipment of our jewellery. Additionally, we offer a lifetime cleaning service for our jewellery. To use this service, the jewellery should be delivered in person to our location at Šv. Mikalojaus 11-101, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Returns
Items such as pearls, diamonds, precious metals, and their products (excluding bijouterie), are non-returnable as per the Retail Rules established by the resolution No. 738 of the Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania.
If you purchased a defective product from the store, according to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please inform us in advance by email at info@statkute.com. Once the seller agrees to accept the return, the item must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging, with the intact hallmark label and/or other certificates related to the item.
