Gratitude

Gratitude craves faith. We have been taught to say "thank you", to be grateful to our family, friends nature and others. But we often forget to thank ourselves - for all the new experiences we dare to try, for all the feelings and emotions we let into our hearts, and for living as best we can in the moment. My gratitude to myself is the language of love.
